About the Role
INSARS bridges researchers, manufacturers, and testing laboratories. As a Project Manager Trainee, you will gain end-to-end exposure to scientific operations, client relationship management, supply chain tracking, and event coordination. High-performing interns will be offered full-time placement upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sample intake and test scheduling pipelines between researchers and central instrumentation facilities.
- Track order dispatch for laboratory supplies, chemicals, and equipment rentals to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support the digital registration, logistics, and on-ground coordination for campus workshops and conferences.
- Communicate with client researchers to provide order status updates and resolve logistical queries.
- Work closely with leadership to optimize internal fulfillment workflows and service efficiency.
Requirements & Profile
- Fresh graduate with B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc, or Ph.D in any Science or Engineering discipline.
- Exceptional logical reasoning, multitasking ability, and organized problem-solving skills.
- Polished verbal and written communication in English.
- High degree of initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to build an operational career in scientific enterprise management.
