About the Role
INSARS is passionate about empowering Tier-2 and Tier-3 institutions with knowledge and mentoring. As a Scientific Trainer, you will represent INSARS at university campuses and virtual masterclasses, training student researchers, master's candidates, and faculty members in advanced research methodologies, characterization techniques, and scientific documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver hands-on workshops on characterization techniques, research methodologies, and scientific paper drafting.
- Lead technical masterclasses and guest seminars organized through the INSARS Outreach Hub.
- Mentor early-career scholars, addressing experimental pitfalls and academic publishing best practices.
- Collaborate with institutional faculty coordinators to tailor seminar content to their departmental needs.
Requirements & Profile
- Ph.D in any domain of Science, Engineering, or Technology (Freshers with strong oratorical ability or experienced academicians welcome).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and pedagogical capabilities in English (knowledge of regional languages is beneficial).
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching, academic mentoring, and scientific dissemination.
- Prior experience conducting seminars, faculty development programs (FDPs), or hands-on laboratory tutorials is a strong plus.
