1. Scope of INSARS Services

INSARS acts as an integrated, unified ecosystem facilitating scientific research infrastructure. We connect researchers, universities, and industrial R&D laboratories with:

• Direct procurement channels for research chemicals, consumables, and scientific instrumentation.
• Central instrumentation booking (UPCB) across verified partner laboratories.
• Short-term scientific equipment rentals for finite experimental project phases.
• Scholar Desk editorial, grammar review, paper formatting, and plagiarism check services.
• Community outreach, conference feeds, and institutional academic event hosting.

2. Chemical & Regulated Laboratory Supplies

INSARS facilitates orders for research chemicals (solvents, acids, bases, reagents, gases) by bridging buyers directly with verified, authorized chemical suppliers and manufacturers:

• Authorized Orders Only: Chemical orders must be placed by authorized researchers or procurement officers acting on behalf of registered educational, scientific, or commercial institutions with appropriate statutory licenses.
• Compliance & Safety: The purchasing institution assumes full responsibility for obtaining necessary regulatory permits, safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable chemical safety regulations.
• Direct Fulfillment: Authorized sellers manage direct dispatch and courier logistics for chemicals to maintain chain-of-custody compliance.

3. Instrumentation Booking (UPCB) & Sample Testing

When booking testing slots through our Unified Platform for Characterization Booking (UPCB):

• Turnaround Times: Tested results are typically dispatched within 10 business days. Timeframes may vary moderately depending on instrument calibration schedules, facility demand, and sample preparation prerequisites.
• Sample Requirements: Researchers must clearly identify all samples, provide non-hazardous declarations, and specify preferred testing parameters. Destructive testing cannot be reversed.
• Data Options: Clients may select Raw Data Access directly from testing facilities or opt for Comprehensive Expert Analysis.

4. Equipment Rentals

Short-term equipment rentals are intended to reduce capital expenditure for growing institutions and research labs:

• Rented instruments will be delivered calibrated and ready for experimental use.
• The renting institution is responsible for maintaining the equipment under normal laboratory conditions and returning it in functioning condition upon rental period completion.

5. Manufacturer Warranties for New Equipment

All new instruments procured through INSARS come with standard, full manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims and technical service may be invoked directly with the manufacturer or through INSARS customer support facilitation.

6. Scholar Desk Editorial Ethics & Authorship

Our Scholar Desk assists researchers in improving language clarity, journal adherence, and plagiarism screenings:

• Authors retain complete copyright and sole academic responsibility for their published manuscripts and underlying scientific findings.
• Our editorial reviews do not guarantee journal acceptance, which remains within the discretion of external peer-reviewed journal editors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INSARS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from experimental delays, sample transit issues, or supplier stockouts. Our aggregate liability for any service shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
